Cancellation Policy

At Shraddha Shree Gems, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent customer experience.

• Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Support Team.
• Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method/bank account. If required, customers may be asked to provide their bank account details.
• Refunds will generally be processed within 4–6 working days after cancellation approval.
• Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
