At Shraddha Shree Gems, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer a simple and hassle-free 5-Day Return & Exchange Policy under the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Conditions to be Eligible for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, exactly as delivered.
  2. All returned products must include:
    • Original Product Certificate
    • Invoice / Proof of Purchase
    • Original Packaging
    • Tags (if applicable)
    • Lab Certificates, Documentation, Discount Cards, or any complimentary items provided with the order
  3. All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by the Shraddha Shree Gems Quality Control Team.
  4. Products damaged due to negligence, improper handling, misuse, modification, or deliberate actions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  5. Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

Loose gemstones can be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided all eligibility conditions mentioned above are fulfilled.

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewellery

Customized or made-to-order gemstone jewellery is not eligible for return or refund once delivered.

However, if the returned item meets our return eligibility criteria, we may offer Store Credit equivalent to 70%–75% of the invoice value, at the sole discretion of Shraddha Shree Gems. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that variations in design expectations, color perception, ring size, or personal preferences after delivery will not qualify for a refund on customized jewellery orders.

Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Email us with your order details and reason for return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear images and an unboxing video (if applicable) to help our team evaluate the issue.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions from our support team.
  4. Securely pack the item with all original contents and ship it through a reliable courier service.
  5. Customers are requested not to mention words such as “Jewellery”, “Gemstones”, or other high-value product descriptions on the outer packaging for security reasons.

Refund Timeline

  • Returns are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received at our registered business address and successfully passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges, VAT, taxes, customs duties, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product delivered by us.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return or exchange unless specifically mentioned.
  • Shraddha Shree Gems reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
