Shipping Within India

We offer reliable domestic shipping services across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC.

Standard Shipping

• Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹500 within India.
• For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable.
• Standard delivery usually takes approximately 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

For remote or rural locations where courier services are unavailable, orders may be shipped through India Post or other available logistics services.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to customers outside India.

• International deliveries generally take approximately 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

We ship through reputed international logistics partners including:

• UPS
• USPS
• Australia Post
• Canada Post
• Other trusted courier partners depending on service availability

All international shipments are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Dispatch Time

• Loose gemstones and ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Customized jewellery or certified products may require additional processing time depending on the design, customization, or certification requirements.

Customers will be informed in case of any unexpected delay in dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Courier partner details
• Tracking ID / AWB Number

Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment status easily.

Delivery Timeline

Within India

• Metro Cities: Approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Other Locations: Approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders

• Generally delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs procedures and local courier operations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistics delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside India, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shraddha Shree Gems is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for detailed information regarding applicable import duties and regulations before placing an international order.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to non-payment of customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Customs duties, VAT, or handling charges imposed by the destination country

Any eligible refund will be processed only after the returned shipment is successfully received by us and after deducting all applicable charges.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the date of order placement.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are requested not to mention words such as “Jewellery”, “Gemstones”, or other high-value product descriptions on the outer package if arranging returns independently, for security purposes.
